I wanted to design a tool that can help anyone out there who wants to start a yoga practice but isn't sure how: with all the different types of yoga, postures and classes out there now it can be slightly overwhelming to begin with. My e-guide contains the postures, hints and tips that helped me get to where I am today; it breaks down a variety of postures one by one, provides optional modifications and gives you detailed instructions on how to safely enter and exit each posture. 

This e-guide will help you learn about your body, how to work with the breath and develop your practice in the comfort of your own home, on your travels or with a group of your friends! My hope is that it provides you with the stepping stone you need to start a confident, healthy yoga practice.
