Week by week, we will work through different yoga postures, exercises and breathing techniques that will encourage an active and healthy pregnancy, while preparing your body for birth. Now is a time to listen to your body and respond accordingly; you'll find practices for days where you have higher energy levels and slower paced ones for the days you don't. Create a safe, calming space and allow this to be a time to really connect with yourself - both mind and body - and baby.
